Dohány Street Synagogue Review

It is the largest Synagogue in Europe and the second largest in the world (the first in New York, USA). Founded in 1859, the church was designed by Frigyes Feszl with private donations, Roman romance and Moorish architectural elements, and can accommodate 3,000 people. Behind the church are Jewish museums, heroic temples, Massacre Memorial trees and cemeteries.

This is a very famous synagogue in Europe, open only Monday to Thursday, need to buy tickets, the church in addition to some of the usual religious facilities, you can see some of the precious relics of Judaism.

Hungary was one of the most persecuted countries of the Jewish people during World War II, and now this synagogue, I think it has the role of Judaism on the one hand, and there will be some memorial role on the other.
