Don Carlos Ristorante Review

Located in Milan Hotel Grand Hotel ET DE Milan, before dinner, a small aperitif in the bar 🍸🥂 and a small snack 🥜 is the habit of locals 😋 and then start the formal dinner. The restaurant has a strong European style. The food is light and tasty. Tonight with Brunello di Montalcino red wine 🍷 appeared in the textbook 😄

Very good Italian restaurant The dishes are very exquisite! After eating, I have been thinking about it! The steak is a must. Very tender! Five points are just right! The pizza is also very special, the cheese is full! In addition, the dessert is full of strawberries. It is delicious and still to see!

Very nice restaurant, food was great, service as well, no phones, which is very refreshing and important for me. Will be back once I’m again in Milan :)

Magdi greeted us at the door and promptly sat us at a lovely table. The restaurant has an old world charm that was perfect for a Sunday evening. We had let the restaurant know that we were opting for the 6-course Chef’s Choice tasting menu, it was fantastic! Each course was just the right amount of food with amazing flavors and creative combinations. The pace of the meal was spot on, giving us time to relax a minute and enjoy the wine we had ordered. Magdi and Roberto (?) were very attentive and efficient and extremely friendly. The evening passed by quickly and, by the end we were beyond satisfied. Don Carlos is definitely a restaurant to seek out when in Milan. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

excellent creative take on traditional Milanese dishes

We had a wonderful dinner here with our daughter, food was excellent, service was even better. We ordered parmigiana, the eggplant was perfectly cooked and the whole dish was a dream, Strongly recommand also cotoletta and risotto. Definitely will go back!
