Edificio Espana Review

The Spanish building is located on the edge of Plaza de España. It is a red building in Figure 1. It is one of the famous buildings in Madrid. There are office buildings and hotels. The current owner of this building is a Chinese enterprise.

The Spanish Building is one of Madrid’s most famous buildings. The striking structure, decorated with numerous sculptures, is especially beautiful in the night. This building is now an office building in Madrid, Spain, at the corner of Alcala and Granvia streets. It opened in 1911.

西班牙大厦是一座位于西班牙马德里的25层摩天大楼，位于市中心的西班牙广场，格兰维亚大道与公主街的交接处。 是马德里四大楼商业区中的最高建筑之一，也是西班牙20世纪建筑的典范。1953年建成后至在1957年被马德里塔超过之前一直是西班牙最高建筑。原先大厦中还有一个皇冠假日酒店、一个购物中心、办公处及楼顶的游泳池。到西班牙广场除了看塞万提斯雕像，不可忽略的就是西班牙大厦了。不仅因为大厦是知名建筑、目标大，还因为2014年被万达集团收购，2016年又传准备出售，现在也没有看到什么新的消息。大厦还是很宏伟的，可算是地标性建筑吧。

马德里的西班牙大厦想必很多国人都知道，它的老板是万达的王健林，大厦就在西班牙广场后面非常的高大雄伟，很有气势。而王健林差点就把它拆了重建，后来是西班牙政府出面才得以保存，由此可见西班牙现在经济真的不行。

位于马德里西班牙广场的25层摩天大楼，中国富豪万达集团曾经在2014年收购了该大厦，后因当地政府不允许改变建筑外观，而于17年出售该大厦。
