Ehrenbreitstein Fortress Review

The Ellenbrightstein Fortress stands above the Rhine, facing the German Horn. Some of the fortress has now been converted into hotels, restaurants and museums. It is also the best location to overlook the German Horn.

It was expected that the cruise ship docked at the German Horn at 17:30, and I planned to take the cable car to the castle. I didn't expect to arrive at this place in the middle of the night to get goods. After getting off the boat, I found that the castle also had lights at night, and I could only look at it in the night wind. It is said that this is a large fortress built of stone. At first it was a small castle, and then the emperor chose it to be converted into a fortress. It is rare that the fortress has been preserved so far, and I hope I will have the opportunity to visit it in the future.

The Viking River is slowly running in the middle of the Rhine between Rüdersheim and Koblenz, a UNESCO World Heritage List due to the numerous historic towns and castles on both sides of the river. The river wheel passes through Fort Max and enters Koblenz. The scenery on both sides is more abundant and dense, and the appearance of cross-river iron bridges and cross-river cable cars announces that this landscape ends Koblenz.

There are many castles along the Ryan River. But this fortress is special. First, do yourself a favor by taking the aerial cable car from Conrad Adenaufer on the river directly to the Fort Plateau, watch out for car 17 because it has a glass bottom. At Fort, you can easily spend hours discovering huge layouts. There is an audio tour that will guide you through the most interesting places. When you finish these, go to the small monuments of the parade ground - from there you will see amazing views of the city and the Rhine Valley. There are several restaurants in the fort, but I would recommend taking the cable car back to town and going to one of the many picturesque and delicious places there. When you visit Koblenz, the fortress is definitely a must see, and the only negative thing is that you need to spend some time doing a proper trip.

In Koblenz, Germany, houses are very special. The exterior walls are painted with various colors and patterns. Unlike houses in big cities, it is a quiet city. Ha ha ha ha!
