仿膳,听名字就知道是个“高大上”的饭庄,所以这里吃食的价格自然很高,不过好在它的味道还算对得住这价位。这里的热菜算是正常菜量,小吃、凉菜量不大,汤类的是按位来的,我们三个人,总共点了12样,竟然还吃得光光。蜜汁叉烧肉,先说说这个唯一的小败笔,其实味道本身应该很不错的,微甜,但是由于是放在冰箱里保存的,因此吃起来有股较重的冰箱味,酥鲫鱼,做得还不错,苏酥软软,很烂乎,烧海参鹿筋,两者融合不错,都软软滑滑的,口感好,左宗棠鸡,算然名叫左宗棠,但据说与此人并无什么关系,鸡做的有些硬,可能是炸的火候或者浇汁没处理好有些皮了,但味道依然不错,八珍豆腐,味道也还行,数了数貌似不足八样食材,不过这大概不重要了,素炒鳝丝,挺好吃,之前很少吃炒鳝鱼,偶尔换换感觉也挺不错,燕尾桃花虾,这个很坑,不是因为味道,味道其实很不错,而只是因为量太少了,少到意想不到。再来说说小点心,豌豆黄,味道很正宗,切的大小,摆盘方式都显得很精致,甜甜的、凉凉的,很爽口,圆梦烧饼,其实就是肉末烧饼,把肉末夹在烧饼中间,一起咬,嚼起来很香,小窝头,还真是没骗人,特别小,但也是特别好吃,很宫廷,微甜又香又可爱,相信即便不爱吃杂粮的小朋友也会非常喜欢的。最后是汤,价格着实贵加上也差不多吃饱了,所以要了两种尝尝鲜,一是贝汁烩冬茸,二是罐焖乌鱼蛋,两种倒是都很好喝,前者处理得当,没有腥味,后者微酸微辣,天凉了喝一碗,暖和。这里的装修装饰真可谓是金光闪闪、富丽堂皇,餐具也是皇帝、老佛爷御用的感觉,服务也还行吧,只是开门营业时间定点,不像一般餐馆营业时间那么长,比较好的是人不多,这样就比较安静,而且餐馆在北海里面,房子又是古香古色的,别有一番味道。
