When I was a child, I went to Beihai, and my parents took it to the popular restaurant on the beach to eat. At that time, I yearned for imitation meals. I earned money when I grew up. Here is really cooking with craftsmanship, no technology and very live, it is different from other restaurants outside.

This aromatic restaurant originally entered the east gate of Beihai Park along the lake, and later moved to the north side of the lake. The inside was well set up. Because of the control of the use of fire, the original 100-meal dishes of the restaurant were not very beautiful.

This store is indeed more expensive, saying that it is the court's royal meal, but there are still a few dishes that are more common. The abalone ginseng wings can only be eaten occasionally. Now there are more patterns to eat, and I don't think how good the emperor used to eat.

仿膳饭庄简介仿膳饭庄于1925年在北海北岸由原清宫御膳房的儿名御厨创办。取名“仿膳”，意为专门仿照御膳房的方法制作菜看，开业至今已有90多年的历史。“仿膳”字号山老舍先生题写，这是老舍先生一生当中写下的唯一一块商号匾额。饭庄经营的菜肴选料考究、制作精细、色型美观、注重营养。2011年，仿膳（清廷御膳）制作技艺被列入国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录。
