FENG BEN DIAN Review

This is an efficient Japanese restaurant chain. I would like to have a star selection. This score is due to generous packages and good prices (Y1800-Y2100 is a high quality meal), especially in the heart of Kamakura. This is a spacious and comfortable restaurant, I wrote this post after my third visit. Most meals revolve around quinoa and tempura (I ate prawns, eggplant and pumpkin), sashimi, rice, salad, pickles, a variety of hot and cold Japanese egg/shrimp custard (chawamushi). It is not a great restaurant, but very delicious hearty food and a nice retreat for the Kamakura crowd.

The food in Kamakura is very special. It may be that there is a lot of seafood by the sea. There are a lot of conch cans. Grilled scallops. Grilled chicken skewers. Sashimi platter, octopus hot pot, very good, and purple potato fried meat patties. It tastes good.

Kamakura is located in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, surrounded by mountains and facing the sea. It is an ancient city with nearly a thousand years of history and was the seat of the Kamakura Shogunate, the first samurai regime in Japan. The historic sites, modern beaches and shops make Kamakura a city of diverse charm. Today, this ancient city with natural beauty and culture is one of Japan's famous tourist attractions.
