Local people legend that Xiangshan Temple is the place where the second daughter of Miaozhuang Wang Miaoshan Princess practiced. The former Miaoshan Princess came out of her house because of dissatisfaction with marriage, and entered the Baique Temple in Suining, Sichuan. Zhuang Wang Zeng did not return, and burned the Baique Temple. After Zhuang Wang dyed the disease to seek medical treatment, prescription to the hands of the relatives, the princess then gave her own hands and eyes, healing Zhuang Wang disease, so the princess was "thousand hands and thousands of eyes live bodhisattva", that is, the bodhisattva provided by Xiangshan Temple, so Xiangshan still wishes to spread the opera. Baique Temple, built after the Baique Temple in Xiangshan, Suining, Sichuan, was once called Yunyan Temple. This temple was burned down in 1920 and the original building was burned. The Buddha Temple, Jingtang, etc. seen at present were rebuilt later, and only the statue monument (985) in the Northern Song Dynasty was preserved.
