5/5OutstandingIf you have limited time in the Netherlands, it's not worth going out of the way to get to Giethoorn. I'd recommend an extra day in Amsterdam over a day trip to Giethoorn. But if you have more time, it can be worth visiting Giethoorn to drive a boat around the canals can be a great way to spend your day!
