Ginevra Restaurant Review

We had a fabulous experience that lived up to our expectations. We both tried the tasting menus, I had the 4 course meat option & my husband had the 6 course seafood tasting menu. Both menus gave more than sufficient food. All dishes were delicious & presented beautifully. The service was next level & we appreciated all the special touches. We’ll definitely be back.

I expected better quality. I dined alone and could not choose from the tasting menu because it was clearly written on the menu that it was for at least 2 people. So I chose an appetizer, a pasta dish and a dessert together with 1 glass of wine (Bill 80 euro). The portions were smaller than most Michelin restaurants and they did not give me a pleasant culinary experience (nothing special). I later found out that a colleague of mine dined alone on the same evening and was served the tasting menu when he requested it... The service was otherwise good. The ambience inside was ok but quite better on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. I won't dine there again. Disappointed

This is a top restaurant in Ancona. We dined outdoors on 4th floor, overlooking the harbour. We took the degustation menu, with 6 succulent courses, supported by a selection of excellent local wines. The plates were beautifully arranged, the courses incredibly tasty with balanced flavours around local produce and fish. We can honestly state that this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Excellent for romantic dining with 2, and price is reasonable for this level of sophistication (menu was 90 euro pp).
