Located1.5 kilometers southeast of Zhenhai Temple, also known as Mingyuechi. The temple was built in Northern Wei. The temple sits north to south. There are two major temples, the Grand Palace and the King Kong Bodhisattva Palace. Among them, the King Kong Bodhisattva Palace has 3 fronts. The original palace is high-hanging the "laughing Mingyuechi" wooden raft of Kangxi Emperor's handwritten book. The temple's unique shape of the King Kong Bodhisattva is the only black Bodhisattva in Wutai Mountain. He has a black face, a firm expression, and a great body. His right foot is on the ground, his left leg is bent, his feet are bent, his arms are wrapped around the wind and fire wheel, and his arms are wrapped around the long snake, and his hands are law enforcement, so this is also known as "Ninety-eight-armed black King Kong Bodhisattva". This is also one of the "32 phases" of Wenshu Bodhisattva. (The center of the King Kong Hall of the Mingyue Pool of the ancient temple of Wutai Mountain is dedicated to the statue of nine heads and eighteen arms, whose forehead is the "King Kong Mittel Palace".)
