Three stone islands, also known as Gucha Mountain, short for three stones, are located in the southwest of Qinghai Lake, 8 kilometers south of the lake and 20 kilometers from the Bird Island in the northwest. From a distance, it looks like three huge giant dings standing in the waves, the water beats the waves, and the waves are thrilling. The three stones are composed of reefs, gravel beaches and sand, about 700 meters long from east to west and 150 meters wide from north to south. The southern slope of the reef is relatively gentle, and the north is steep. The vegetation on the island is sparse, only gray vegetables, oxtails, etc. grow in the gap between the gravel, and the coverage is less than 5 [%]. The three stone islands are one of the most populated islands in Qinghai Lake. The number of birds now inhabiting the reef has exceeded the number of birds.
