    桂园餐厅,真的是招待不经常来津的小伙伴的一个常备款。黑蒜子牛肉粒,基本上每桌都会点的一道菜,有位姐姐路过我这边,还问我这是什么菜,估计会去就点上了。蒜的味道并不浓,牛肉口感松软,酱汁浓稠甜度偏高。八珍豆腐,津味儿传统菜代表作,海参很Q弹,鱿鱼卷不老也很有嚼头,盘底的豆腐不多,这一份很实在。芥末黄瓜。这一份量量不大,如果把黄瓜墩儿摞起来,可能就一整条花瓜。口感是酸甜偏酸,芥末味道并不明显。蛋黄焗南瓜。口感很湿润,蛋黄的味道不是很浓,还是比较喜欢将南瓜切条儿的做法,似乎更好入味。清蒸鲈鱼。可以自己挑鱼,肉质很新鲜紧实,没有腥味儿,主要推荐这道菜~大拌菜。一家老牌津菜店用了一个桃心型的盘子略萌,大拌菜味道偏甜了,主要配菜大部分都是生菜,相较价格性价比偏低。炸饽饽。端上来才发现原来是很小的小饽饽,饼干大小还挺可爱的,口感不脆,比较绵,挺意外没有很油,在粗粮主食还是挺有特色的。 桂园作为老牌的津菜馆,感觉菜价一直在涨,菜量相较很多津菜馆儿略小,味道也不是说多么惊艳,店面装修也还是保持了老店的风貌,可能大部分人吃的是一种情怀和年代感吧。
