Gurkha Memorial Museum Review

The world-famous hometown of Gorkha soldiers and Korkha swords. The Gorkha dynasty (the Shah dynasty) was founded in 1599 and unified the whole of Nepal in the late 18th century. The Gorkha people were hardworking and brave and wary. In the early 19th century, Britain began to absorb the Gorkha to join the British army in order to control Nepal. The Gorkha followed the British army in two world wars and became famous for its tenacious style of military stage.
