Hu Wenhu Building Review

Hu Wenhu Building, now a public place to display to the public, is now named Shantou Urban Development Planning Hall. It is not difficult to see from the shape of the building, it is an ancient building with a long history. I also found this attraction unexpectedly when I walked from Shantou City to Shantou City Museum.

Shantou Huwenhu Building is located at No. 69 Minzu Road, Jinping District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is a Chinese and Western combination building. It was built in 1927. The building itself is very beautiful. It was once a Yong'antang Pharmaceutical Factory and is now used by a company.

Hu Wenhu Building is the former site of Yong'an Tang Pharmaceutical Factory, located at No. 69 Minzu Road, Jinping District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It has a fan-shaped building with three floors and a cylindrical looking building from the fourth floor to the top. It is a riding building and a combination of Chinese and Western buildings. It is now split into the Urban Development Exhibition Hall.

Hu Wenhu Building in Shantou Old Town is located on the roundabout of No. 69 Minzu Road. It is the former site of Shantou Yong'antang Pharmaceutical Factory. The building covers an area of 480 square meters and 1422 square meters respectively. It is a fan-style European-style building. It is the object of protection of Shantou cultural relics. It is currently being repaired and cannot be visited.

与汕头小公园有点距离，但都属于老建筑片区，从汕头市博物馆过来可以经过，处于十字路口非常突出。比较大规模的弧形状民初建筑，在整个汕头，应该也只有附近的胡文豹大楼与之能相媲美。大楼顶部的圆柱形突出结构很具特色，可惜中下层部分围蔽整修中。汕头的老建筑更新工程非常慢，2016年拖到快2019年了还没好。
