Itta Bena Review

While in Memphis, we were very excited to eat at Itabena. We found the "hidden" staircase to take you to the restaurant. The restaurant itself was lovely. We had a window table that loved looking down on the street below. Our server was very good and live music was a wonderful touch. The only problem was the food was disappointing. I had salmon, preferably fair. My husband had shrimp and gravel and he said he was much better. We wouldn’t go back. Our bill was over $100 and the meal was not worth it at all. The atmosphere was valuable, but the food itself was the most important thing.
