Take a bus from Seoul for about 3 hours and stop at the rest stop for 15 minutes. After arriving in the whole state, you can take a taxi to Hanwu Village. There are many guesthouses near Hanwu Village. It is suggested that you live nearby and walk to Hanwu Village, which is very convenient.

Korean countryside is unmatched, without a doubt the most gorgeous place I've ever visited. I encourage everyone to make the trek down.

Jeonju has the largest hanok village in South Korea. The village had over 700 houses during the Joseon Dynasty. I also enjoyed seeing Gyeonggijeon Palace and the outdoor museum. The best part is getting a panoramic view of the entire traditional village from Omokdae, a memorial pavilion on a hill.

I have always wanted to visit Jeonju Hanok Village. And yasss I had a chance to stay a night there last May and it was sooo nice no words can describe. Love the Hanok(s)! And I even saw Na Hee Do’s house in 2521 (iykyk). Didn’t know it was located near Jeonju Hanok Village. As a fan of 2521, I was extremely lucky 😅

A traditional folk village in Jeonju, very well maintained and organized with many unique stalls around.
