I traveled all over Japan and had my first vegetable cake in Hiroshima a few years ago. One afternoon, I took a shuttle bus back from the ski resort and passed by Hirafu Village when I saw this restaurant selling vegetable cakes. This vegetable cake can also be added to various meats, but usually with salmon, wrapped outside by pasta cakes. Guests can make their own cakes on the table. After the cake is done, put a layer of sauce on it and then have a few beers. It is really delicious. The restaurant is located on the main road and there is an Australian-style house in the corner of the street. You can find this restaurant by walking 100 meters down the road. The restaurant is open after 6 pm.
