L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Review

Expensive ones are not necessarily delicious, delicious ones are not necessarily expensive. I am satisfied with the current meal, and I have a deep memory after eating, which is worth sharing. All kinds of sour, sweet and bitter are just a glimpse of the journey of life. I like this Joel robuchon in Vegas, the taste is good, and the environment is good.

Crab meat caviar box, evolved from the classic crab meat caviar tart lobster frozen with broccoli mud, a spoonful down, the emperor crab meat and caviar perfectly blended. Sea urchin mousse with fennel milk foam, light and pure, pro-flavor buds. Smoky horse carp with kale meaning, caviar and horse carp is the real CP, what caviar with stinky tofu, caviar with fried dough sticks are all pull eggs, bite on a bite, salty penetration in the mouth echo. Traditional beef slices, dotted with strange aromas of Alba white truffle, mixed with the original fragrance of musk, earth and forest. The refreshingness of pasta, the coagulation of hairy crab crab paste, and the strange fragrance of white truffles, is a treasure that I dream of drooling. JR's signature veal ridge mixes Albanian white truffles, the strong meat dishes, and the strong aroma of white truffles, the crisp potato shreds are the lovely finishing touch. Elegantly stylishly savoury chestnuts with vanilla ice cream, protein glaze and white truffles, the first dessert on my CD is none of it.

Chocolate raspberry tower, the value is so high, the sour and sweet raspberry is matched with chocolate mousta, the taste is mellow and refreshing, not greasy at all~ the ingredients are fresh, it is very refreshing to eat, especially delicious~
