Le Gourmet im Hotel Die Hirschgasse Review

When it comes to Germany, it always reminds people of the rigorous cold Germans and their thick, big pork elbows, sausages, sauerkraut and beer, but there are also many high-end delicious and top-notch restaurants in Germany. Before this trip, I looked at the Michelin 2016 guide. There are 10 Michelin Samsung restaurants in Germany, second only to France and second in Europe. There are also 39 two-star restaurants and 241 one-star restaurants. Our planned itinerary is distributed among 17 Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, time is limited and difficult to taste. Die Hirschgass Heidelberg The hotel has the only Michelin restaurant in Heidelberg: French Le Gourmet, one star, but it is closed on weekends and Mondays.
