看攻略来的,厦门吃的第一份海蛎煎,店在小巷子里,比较隐蔽,很有怀旧的感觉,第一次沿大路走,错过了,转了一圈才找到,一个简单的小铺面,不过位子很多。我点了一个小份海蛎煎和一份贡丸汤。如看到之前的评论说的那样,红薯粉稍微有点多,海蛎有点小,不过小份的份量对我来说是足够的。这个海蛎煎很嫩,鸡蛋炒的很香,灵魂就在那个秘制甜辣酱,如果不沾辣酱,吃着就平淡一点。贡丸汤一般吧~汤比较鲜,丸子有嚼劲,可能是我不太喜欢吃丸子的原因,没吃出什么特别。等下次再去尝尝猪脚汤。

    厦门必吃的小吃之一就是海蛎煎,也叫蚵仔煎,最好的就是莲欢家。他家海蛎很多且非常新鲜,加上地瓜粉和鸡蛋煎的外酥里嫩,老板每一份都炒很长时间,不用担心吃坏肚子,最后再配上甜辣酱更加好吃。长长的小巷都是他们家,第一次去依靠导航才找到的,穿过只能容纳一人的狭窄小巷,营业到凌晨一点,可想有多火爆了吧。较之昨晚很费劲才找到,第二天下午就轻车熟路了。因为是下午时段,没有太多客人,也不需要排队买单取号再排队领餐,只需要坐着等待就好了。海蛎煎依旧那么好吃,一定要搭配甜辣酱,鱼丸汤不是传统的墨鱼丸而是鱼肉丸。

    大渝火锅在莘庄仲盛4楼,走到附近就可以闻到飘来的锅底牛油香,很诱人。店里环境时尚,二层楼还有包间,楼道可以看到透明厨房里在忙碌的配菜,很一目了然!我们的锅底是鸳鸯的,红汤白汤都可以吃,中间是加了药材补汤的菌菇汤,可以先喝一碗菌汤。我们吃辣锅的比较多,选的是中辣的,感觉辣的程度不算很辣,锅底加了几次水后味道变淡了,我们都是重口味哈脆嫩毛肚,店里的招牌,大渝毛肚,不好吃就退货!绝对底气十足!一份量挺足的,铺在冰上保鲜,毛肚看上去和普通的差不多,吃上去就真的蛮惊艳的,在锅里烫8秒钟就可以吃了,真的是又脆又嫩,口感超级好,我们迅速干完了!九尺鹅肠,大概是九尺长的意思,鹅肠很长,鹅肠也必须是处理新鲜才好吃的,放入锅内煮到卷起来就可以吃了,很脆弹的新鲜口感,平时鹅肠吃的不多,感觉也很好吃呀~~~乌鸡卷,切成薄片,这个是放在菌汤里面涮的,很是鲜美~牛羊拼盘,肉质看着挺新鲜的,服务员端上来让我们先吃,放入锅里烫一会变色熟了就可以吃了~蛮喜欢蟹籽丸子的,咬一口的时候要当心被汤汁烫到,蛮喜欢蟹籽丸子的,吃的出的蟹籽~炸豆皮也是火锅好朋友,这边的豆皮挺不错的,吃口不会觉得过老~菌菇拼盘,份量大,金针菇杏鲍菇香菇平菇木耳都有了,蛮好的~红糖糍粑,我们是一开始就点了垫肚子的,放在最后当甜点也会不错,糍粑热的时候好吃,多蘸点红糖很甜很糯~
