秋高气爽，约上闺蜜，来这里徒步很不错。一边是西江，一边是羚羊山，沿着江边的蜿蜒古道，感受着秋日的美好。

免费的徏步栈道，考验体力，各位量力而行。我们2个中老年人，自驾，提前看了不少点评才确定路线。栈道就绕着山岗脚下，大部分是水泥铺设，也有几段古栈道的泥石原貌。我们选择黄村入口进去，那有正规的公园入口，有免费停车场。注意在到达黄村入口之前不要在紫云谷渡口停车，除了要收费还有是离公园入口距离2km。我们先爬了一段台阶，穿过竹林，慢慢走，大概十分钟转了个弯就看着西江而行了。从44号灯塔、篙坑开始绕江而行，望峡谷而走，一直到了龙门驿站就往回走。与文殊古村隔江望，了解了望夫归的凄美传说，特别是妻子每见从上游经过的船便问的那句“我夫归未？”，字字泣血，忍不住回了句“你夫已回”。这段有2个亲水码头，可走到江边看江水茫茫，青山悠悠，感叹人世变迁青山不改绿水长流。回程过了44号灯塔转走下山腰，探看了古炮台，遥望江口対面山腰的抗日纪念碑。来回全程大概10公里，慢走了1个多小时。当天太阳高照，高温炎热，我们下午3点左右开始走，偶有小段没树荫的会晒，大部分都是有山有树遮阳，但仍然全程全身汗湿，所以下午徒步是正确的。还有是一定要带足水，我们太轻视，只带了2瓶550mL的，计划2个人来回补充。经验总结是不够的，虽然已经刻意小口喝，但回程后半段已经是口干舌燥，身心俱疲。

2023年的五一劳动节又重游 了古道，这次天气很晴朗，西江水显得更加碧绿，与两岸青山连成一片，犹如一幅山水画。整条古道做了3个亲水码头，可以从看到不同角度的河道，今天江面来往的轮船特别多，又是一幅动态的风景。我们这次没有走到尽头，而是到了鼎湖区阔水亭就往回走，走走看看共花了5个小时。古道两个出口都有停车场，自驾游还是挺方便的，但就是要往返的走。

The fifth time I came to Zhaoqing, I was surprised to find that the rating of Antelope Gorge was actually ranked first among the attractions in Zhaoqing! Yesterday, I accompanied an 8-year-old boy to brush the whole process, with full marks, highly recommended: 1. Greenway rating: design thoughtful, interesting although free, but the greenway design is very good. First of all, the whole route along the ancient plank road of Xijiang Ancient Waterway is a narrower river, steep mountains on both sides of the Straits, and the scenery is particularly beautiful; secondly, the original vegetation, mixed trees on both sides of the Straits, is more colorful than the plantation. The greenway construction also pays attention to the natural posture of the plants on both sides; third, there are several small sections in the middle that deliberately retain the "primitive ramp", which can feel the road when the ramp did not have cement asphalt hundreds of years ago; Fourth, there are several hydrophilic platforms in the middle, and children can play with sand and stone by the Xijiang River. 2. Raiders and tourist suggestions 1. The route suggested route can be taken from the "Huangcun Cultural Square" in the east to the "Antelope Gorge Ancient Plank Road Forest Park Visitor Center" in the Jiangbin Ti Road in the west, or the opposite. It is recommended to go from east to west, because there are many large restaurants near the west visitor center, it is convenient to eat after the first end, and secondly, there are many restaurants at the west entrance, so it is relatively easy to drip. 2. Time to choose to recommend starting in the afternoon, because the mountain is in the northwest of the plank road, so the morning burst, will not be sun in the afternoon. And when the westbound approached the visitor center in the evening, the water surface gradually expanded and became spectacular, and the sunset reflected the red river water. The whole journey is in the early ten kilometers, which takes2-3 hours. In addition to the knee injury, other children and adults can easily complete it. If the child wants to play halfway, an extra time is required. The scenic spot closes at 18:00 and it is recommended to reach the end before 17:30. It is easy to play timeout with children in the middle of the way. Generally, set off before 13:00-14:30 and avoid taking the night road as much as possible. 3. There is a long step at the entrance of Huangcun, and there are also up and down the middle. It is recommended that middle-aged and elderly people bring trekking poles. You need to bring water, and you have not encountered any small shop stalls along the way. There are several toilets along the way. Third, the first suggestion to the scenic spot is thanks. Secondly, I read the Ctrip Raiders before I went, checked Baidu map, and found that the expression of the east and west entrances was unclear, especially for foreigners, it was difficult to understand the relationship between Huangcun Cultural Square and the East Entrance. Personally suggest that you modify the entry names in Baidu and Gaode, for example, define the entrance of Huangcun as "East Entrance of Antelope Gorge Ancient Plank Road", and the visitor center as "West Entrance of Antelope Gorge Ancient Plank Road", which is convenient for authors to write and readers to understand the entrance and route. In addition, it is recommended that Guangdong Greenway hold the "ten most beautiful green roads" evaluation in Guangdong to stimulate tourists' interest. I estimate that Antelope Gorge has great hopes for its beautiful environment, high-quality management and long history.
