Mandalay Mountain is a famous Buddhist mountain, formerly known as Luocha Nv Mountain. Mandalay City is named for this mountain. Mandalay Mountain is 236 meters high, there are 231 big Buddhas and monasteries on the mountain, and more than 1,000 small monasteries. From the east, south and west, there is a stone step to the top of Mandalay Mountain, along the way there are eight famous temples. Tourist buses can't drive to Mandalay Mountain attractions, we transfer to this double-row car to the parking lot halfway up the mountain. This is a bus in Mandalay city, a car sometimes takes more than 20 people to mixed. From the mountainside, you can take the elevator directly to the top of the mountain. To view the scenery along the way, we chose to climb the stairs to the top of the mountain.

The Emerald Buddha is the only tower in the world built from natural emerald. After construction in 2012, a devout Burmese couple spent two years building jade with their 25-year storage. A total of 1,000 tons of jade was used, worth $1.1 billion. The best emeralds are inserted into the tip of the pagoda, and the night tower tops and parts of the towers emit a green glow that is breathtaking.

The scenery is really wonderful. In fact, Mount Mandalay is not very high. It's 236 meters above sea level. It's just a bit hard. We ride motorcycles. We can rent motorcycles, cars and bicycles locally. Motorcycles are 80/day RMB and bicycles are 20/day. We charge 400 subunits for parking. After arriving at the top of the mountain, the extension road is full of vendors, food and crafts! There are many local people taking night scenes here, which can overlook the whole Mandalay. And watching the sunset here is absolutely beautiful!
