Mango House Coffee Review

We had the chance to be there for the Lanta Lanta Festival early march, and we were a bunch of french canadians. No need to tell you how excited we were by the Canada flag and the Poutine on the menu! The owner is incredibly friendly and kind and the food was amazing!

The Mango House culinary experience starts with the good vibes welcoming you in off the street. You are seated cordially and quickly so long as you've timed it right to eat outside of the rush hours of tourists from the other side of Lanta island. You enjoy the funky background music for a second and peruse the menu. Steven comes up to your table and asks what you'd like, how you'd like it cooked, and gives a recommendation or two as to pairings and current specials. A few moments of good cheer with the people at other tables later and your food is out. The next many minutes disappear in a blur of succulence and joy. As you sit back in your chair, wiping your face and breathing deeply in satisfaction, you know you have made an excellent decision as to where to eat that day. The pizza is awesome. The burger is a refreshingly Western change from the local cuisine and takes on "burger." The drinks are mixed strong!

barbecue is top, good trip but rooms too expensive for Lanta. Try another place to sleep, it,s my advice
