The ancient city of Masada is located on a rocky hilltop at the junction of the Judean Desert and the bottom of the Dead Sea Valley. The last castle on the land was occupied by Jews 2,000 years ago against the fall of the Romans. The castle is steep, not grassy...only a thousand miles of clear sky and sunny sun.
