    马祥兴是南京的老字号清真饭店了,也是南京四大名菜的发源地,所以到南京后的第一餐选择了这里,办理好旁边不远的凤凰台酒店入住后赶紧赶过去吃完饭的。 到马祥兴的时候已经接近8点了,询问了一楼的接待说还可以点菜就赶紧上二楼了,二楼的餐桌不多,大部分都是能够坐6人以上的大桌子、不过这个点不是吃饭的高峰期所以有大桌空位也可以坐,喜欢宽敞舒适的吃个饭。点菜可以服务员手工点,也可以扫桌上的二维码点,需要先支付后才能下单,上菜挺快的,估计也是半成品… 南京四大名菜之蛋烧卖:88大洋,跟我们平常吃的烧卖完全不同,颠覆你对烧卖的认识……外面一层金黄色的皮是蛋皮,里面满满都是各种馅料,有虾肉的鲜、葧荠的脆脆口感,好吃!必点啊! 南京四大名菜之凤尾虾:168大洋,这道菜感觉不是很合胃口,也就是普通的凤尾虾(对虾),去了头,也不是很大,虾线也没去掉,口感一般吧……这道菜外观看起来好看,下面垫着的是炸的类似虾片,虾下面的白果也就是银杏果我吃了不少。性价比不高…… 南京四大名菜之松鼠鱼:168大洋,这道菜造型漂亮,鱼头做成松鼠的头,很像,而且吃起来不会像苏州的松鼠鱼那么的又酸又甜,小朋友们也很喜欢吃,基本上都被吃完了,值得品尝! 清真烤羊肉串:一串12大洋好像,挺大一串,本来只点了一点品尝一下的,结果羊肉厚实,孜然味十足,非常好吃,等我拍照完只剩下半串…了…羊肉串点了两次。 蛋黄烧卖:一个8大洋,这个也是马祥兴的特色,在二楼点菜没有这个,得下去一楼的外卖小吃那里点才有,买了两个品尝一下,跟我们所熟知的烧卖差不多,下面都是糯米,用了荷叶包着,放个咸蛋黄在最上面,可能是吃饱了的缘故,没感觉多特别…… 牛肉煎饺:忘记多少大洋了…但是不贵的,这个真的很好吃,外面金黄色的皮炸得酥酥的,里面的牛肉馅汁水丰富,搭配在一起口感非常不错而且煎饺个头挺大,直接可以当主食了。良心推荐啊! 祥兴第一碗:88大洋好像,这道菜有汤汤水水的,里面的料也很足,都没吃完[笑哭][笑哭]里面有牛肚、鸡肉、鹌鹑蛋、牛肉丸、凤尾菇、上海青……这样炖出来的汤汁很好喝,推荐! 这次没品尝到南京四大名菜之美人肝,不知道是没有做了还是时间点不对…也没去问服务员,以后谁去了有品尝到告诉我一下好吃不……

    就在狮子楼附近,很传统的味道。本来打算二楼点菜一楼再买牛肉汤包的,二楼的等待区都坐满了,只好一楼吃点小吃。牛肉汤包很好吃,汤汁鲜甜、肉馅饱满,红豆汤圆芡勾的刚刚好,甜度也刚好,还点了蛋黄烧卖,入味,鸡汁卤干味道和前三个比逊色多了。服务的都是大妈们,有老国营的感觉,遗憾没吃到炒菜。去的时间是10.3,下次还回去。
