The Mekong River flows through Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, and eventually Vietnam flows into the South China Sea. Because of its abundant rainfall in South Asia, the Mekong River has a very large volume, especially in the Mekong Delta, which is close to the mouth of the sea and is several hundred meters wide.
