Musee de Beaux Arts et d'Archeologie Joseph Dechelette Review

A pleasant museum with beautiful exhibits. However, despite the absence of mummies, it is a pity that other Egyptian collections have not been made public! It is this collection that is indeed quite rich and, for me, the originality and main attraction of this small museum. This is an interesting choice, especially since this collection is perhaps the most watched collection on Roanne’s site, and it is one of the main heritage of the father of the museum, Joseph Déchelette. Still, the museum is delightful, with many exquisite pottery and paintings. The museum also highlights the history of the area, which is very important.

The museum with art-themed stores, works by artists from all over the world and creative works by famous French artists are all in the museum. I am interested in art and stroll around the museum to enjoy oil paintings, statues and handmade art, each masterpiece has its own story.
