The attitude of the waiter is very good. The waiter is still very diligent in collecting the dishes. When the seat is arranged, it is very particular. It seems that the tourists are arranged together. When eating, they are surrounded by Chinese people.

There are a few things on Xiaodou Island that are very famous. They are olives, soy sauce, and noodles. You can see several noodle factories on Xiaodou Island. If you want to taste the taste of Xiaodou Island noodles, then the なかぶ ~ in Xiaodou Island is a good choice. Only one thing is sold here, that is, plain noodles, a dish of noodles looks unsound, the actual eating is very elastic, and the noodles are cold and then glazed with a light mouth of soy sauce, it is very refreshing to eat, very suitable for a hot day when you come to a serving, If you want to taste the olive and vegetarian noodles and soy sauce of Xiaodou Island at the same time, then a slice of olive juice can let you eat all the specialties of Xiaodou Island. If you feel delicious and want to take it home, there are also packaged noodles at the door. なかぶXiaodou IslandAntianjia 1385 business hours :10:00-15:00 (the stall will be closed early after the sale) closed on Wednesday and Thursday #local specialty snacks #one person said to leave #local food to eat

    5/5Outstanding

My wife and I cycled to Nakabuan to try out somen noodle making and sample our creation. We called the same morning and were able to reserve a spot at lunch time. Due to the location, we could also combine this with our visit to the Yamaroku shoyu factory, which worked out great as they are less than 5 minutes away (about 10 minutes walking). It cost 1000 yen for the tour and noodle lunch, which was more than worth it. The guy running the tour was funny and informative, and definitely passionate about somen. He understood some very basic english, but if you know Japanese this will be much more enjoyable. Still, you can follow along with images and probably understand the basics. Making the noodles was a little stressful, but really fun and actually quite a simple process. We took loads of photos and had a great time! Lunch was a big bowl of fresh somen with sauce and some toppings - very simple but delicious. We would absolute recommend this activity to others.
