The International Gallery of the National Gallery of Victoria, located on St. Kilda Street on the south bank of the Yarra River. The NGV International Gallery was designed by Australian architect Sir Roy Grunz and opened in 1968. The NGV International Gallery was renovated and expanded by Italian architect Mario Bellini in 1996 and reopened in 2003. One of NGV's most important collections, Picasso's 1937 "The Weeping Woman".
