The National Museum of Bulgarian National History (Националенисторическимузей,Natsionalenistoricheskimuzey) is a historical museum in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and the largest museum in the country. The museum was founded on May 5, 1973, and the first exhibition was held in 1984. To celebrate the 1300 years of Bulgarian history, the museum contains about 650,000 artifacts, history and other artifacts, which now represent 10[%] of the total.
