是日本国内少有的水景公园。这里是曾经为了整备福冈城外堀的博多湾海湾，并以中国的西湖为印象，所建造的水景公园。湖周围的步道约2公里，可以在这里慢跑、骑脚踏车，也可以边散步边欣赏四季各异的花朵，划小船的游客也相当多。公园里有日本庭园、美术馆、儿童游戏区、划船设施、能乐堂等，结合了「日本和风之美」、「人文」、「艺术」及「自然景观」，是老少咸宜的观光景点哦！另外，大濠公园也是赏花名所，春天赏樱、夏天看烟火大会、秋天赏枫、冬天有灯饰造景，是个一年四季都很美的自然景观公园！
