Prado Avenue is a famous north-south-facing Boulevard in Madrid. There are many trees on both sides of the sidewalk and the flower beds in the middle. The very pedestrian-friendly roads even have wide sidewalks and seats in the middle. The whole Avenue connects with high-speed railway stations and various art galleries, and the traffic congestion is obvious in the rush hour. However, there are always folk artists performing on the street, adding some different characteristics. At several intersections of the avenue, there are large city sculptures and fountains, and the landscape effect is excellent.
