位于陕西省黄陵县双龙乡峪村西。又名双龙石窟、石空寺。始凿于北宋绍圣二年（1095年），明清两代有所增凿扩建。单窟，朝向东南。窟口处凿有三开间仿木构窟檐，通面阔5.04米。明间阔2.02米。八角形檐柱，檐间刻出四铺作斗拱、素枋等。宝装覆莲柱础。窟平面呈“凸”字形，分甬道、窟室。甬道长3.75米，宽2.75米，高3米。窟室面宽9.2米，进深8.4米，高约5.3米。
