The whole building is known for its large scale, magnificent atmosphere and exquisite craftsmanship, and better preserved the structural characteristics and practices of cultural relics buildings in the region at that time. It is an ancient building complex with a complete layout of the plane, and is also a precious physical example of the study of wood structure buildings in Yunnan, which has high historical and cultural value and artistic value. It was announced by the provincial people's government as a key cultural relics protection unit at the provincial level in 1998.
