Red Eagle Spur Steak Ranch Review

What a beautiful last Sunday of the year, until we had our early dinner. The service was ok, the food was bad. We ordered a combo special and 500g T-bone steak, I asked for a medium to well steak but when it came to the table it was raw and cold in the middle. Funny thing being that when the waiter took the order we made a joke about the cooks getting the right temperature of the steak. Took it back and the same steak was given back to me, but this time dry as a desert, I had no choice but to eat it as I was hungry and didnt want to be a nuisance and get a special order from the kitchen. Waiter asked if I enjoyed it and I said no and he kept quiet. I concluded that the cooks didn't know the different temperatures and didn't care about the type of meat they serving to the customers. I am so disappointed and I don't see myself going back to the restaurant again. What a waste of money, it ruined my evening!!!
