Restaurant L'Essentiel Review

The restaurant looks a bit low-key from the outside. But the food is great. The food starts with a delicate cold dish with a little cream, sweet, sour and other subtle flavors complementing each other and blending in. My first dish was a poached egg soup with vegetables, mushrooms and some spinach mud, which was delicious. The main course was meat stew, and some duck livers were added to the liqueur, again, and it tasted great. I chose cheese as a dessert, very dominant goat and sheep cheese. All in all the dining experience was great. Not so good, the atmosphere was not so comfortable, the tables were close to each other, and the waiter kept running up and down between the two floors of the restaurant.

The first word I can think of in this restaurant is exquisite, I really can't describe it in other words. The restaurant is very exquisite, the dishes, dishes and everything are very exquisite, it feels great, there are many types of food inside, and the taste is very good.
