What a great dinner! First of all, what you see in the photo is about the entire space. It's tiny, which made it even cozier. There were only 2 other people there when we arrive on a Thursday night, but it did get busier before we left. First the food: wow! The Fried Goat Cheese Balls are a must have. If you love goat cheese, do not leave without eating these! Perfect! We also had beef & chicken empanadas - both were very good, but loved the chicken. Just a bit of spice to them. Also shared the croquettes. Rich and tasty. Our server was the son of the chef and a friend of the owner. He really spent a lot of time chatting with us (I wish I remembered his name) without ignoring his other duties. His family is from Uruguay and in talking so much with him, we felt really immersed in the cultures that Miami has to offer. He provided excellent service to first time Miami visitors from Pennsylvania. It was also fun to look at the giant jars of spices in the area between the tables an the chef. It's not an open kitchen for viewing, but open just enough that we could thank the Chef on the way out and tell her how much we enjoyed our dinner. Definitely go and try it out.
