Rockefeller Memorial Chapel Review

名字 ;Chapel; 会误导你。这里更像是小型的哥特式教堂，用作芝加哥大学的小教堂。遗憾的是，我认为大学应该更加开放，眼光要长远一点。现在把所有跟基督教相关的东西都剔除无疑有损教堂原本的建筑和设计。尝试着去音乐节看看，特别是教堂音乐，这里的音响效果太棒了。

Rockefeller's idea is to gather people of different religious beliefs in a traditional church. There are hardly any religious symbols in the church. There are no saints, crosses or other religious symbols. There are only one or two very miniature building details. They are very ancient churches. The religious activities here are always welcomed by other religions and non-believers. It's worth visiting. The buildings are really beautiful.

A good Memorial Church man. Not many people have a piano in it. It seems that if you can talk about it easily, the piano sound in a local church is very good. I didn't think it's still a Steinway.

Absolutely Beautiful. A must visit place. Even better if you can actually attend an event there. Lots of history in a small building.

An integral part of the University of Chicago campus, only a Rockefeller would describe this building as a "chapel." With its impressive outside architecture and a beautiful interior the university uses it for graduations and other events in addition to worship services.
