Shandong Science and Technology Museum is located at No. 1 Nanmen Street, Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It was founded in 1956 and was one of the first science and technology museums in China at that time. The new Museum of Shandong Science and Technology Museum, located in Huaiyin District, Jinan City, is under construction. Shandong Science and Technology Museum is located on the east side of Quancheng Square in Jinan City. There are four main exhibition areas and astronomical observatories, such as orderly hall, children's science and technology park, exploration & 183, discovery, Innovation & 183, invention, 4D cinema, temporary exhibition hall, academic lecture hall and other supporting facilities. It integrates exhibition and participation, popular science and education, production and collection, tourism and leisure. Shandong Science and Technology Museum was established in 1958, which is one of the earliest provincial science and technology museums in China. Over the past 40 years, it has played an important role in popularizing scientific knowledge and improving people's scientific and technological quality. With the development of science and technology, economy and society, the original Shandong Science and Technology Museum can not meet the needs of the public for popular education.
