Lunch is eaten at the Shanxi Hotel, first call to book, then go downstairs to eat, in another building in the compound. We ordered steamed meat (more noodles, the taste is OK, it is too salty), Wutaishan tofu balls (soup, balls are estimated to be fried after tofu, big head, taste is acceptable), spinach knife noodles (regular level), wontons (two people eat too much).

Special trip to stay at the hotel, only for authentic Jin cuisine. Delicious yellow wine, warm, sweet and fragrant! Roasted pig face is drizzled with special old vinegar, crispy and not greasy, the mind is very authentic, the knife noodles are kneaded, the corn date cake and lamb shaomai are very delicious~

Good service, atmospheric environment, but it takes 8 pm to turn on the lights, don't come early.
