这家店之前看韩国综艺的时候就看他们吃过，当时印象特别深刻的就是这家店的泡菜都是完整一大块一大块的自己想吃多少剪多少，而且还可以自己带盒子来拿走不要钱！！！当时就觉得啊呀这家店好有意思，而且又是难得一家24小时营业的，来吃早餐是个再好不过的选择了。这家开在热闹的明洞，旁边是KB银行和7-11，上面有个写着粥参鸡汤的招牌所以很好认。这家店的装修是我很喜欢的风格，宽敞明亮大气而且很简洁，就算是晚上来吃夜宵都给人一种家的温暖。周六早上七点多一点来已经有不少人了，两个人各点了一份百岁雪浓汤，然后再点了三个一份的饺子。桌子旁边真的有装泡菜和萝卜泡菜的金属罐子，配有夹子和剪刀，完全自助非常有意思，而且他们家的泡菜是真的很好吃，特别爽脆。#百岁雪浓汤#用牛骨汤做汤底，浓郁又清爽不油腻，看汤底的颜色就知道非常鲜美，里面料也特别足，有卤牛肉、金针菇、牛筋、红枣、人参。旁边搭配了自制的酱油和葱，如果觉得偏淡可以加一点酱油调味，葱的话单独放开也很人性化，以免有些顾客不喜欢。单独搭配一碗米饭，想吃多少就加到汤里拌开，一碗简单又美味的汤泡饭就做好了，不论是做早餐还是晚餐甚至夜宵都是非常美好的选择。#饺子#在杭州就吃过一次韩国饺子，特别大一个哈哈哈吃两个就有饱腹感了。皮特别薄特别有嚼劲，里面满满的韭菜粉丝肉馅儿。

首尔的网红店，以前在韩剧看过很多韩星到神仙雪浓汤餐厅，当然我们也要来朝圣一下，神仙雪浓汤以牛骨慢熬成醇浓雪白汤头，雪浓汤是用牛骨、牛内脏和牛膝骨等将汤头熬成白色色泽，喝起来非常浓郁又鲜甜，再加上葱花简直是绝配！汤内的肉片很薄，感觉是没带有油脂的肉片，但因为薄的关系，配着汤吃，口感也很软嫩，滋味甘醇香甜。
