Trapped by the hypeIts not that the food is - or - I guess the (i hope it was) beef could have been less tough and sinewy in the beef salad, since there was nothing else in the dish. Not even a shallott. Nor that the food is bland. But the crab fried rice was probably made by someone who once saw a picture of a crab, and thats as close as it got to seafood. Nor that the dry martini was shaken like there was no tomorrow, because one doesnt go to these places for the drinks. My issue is that at the end of the day, you can probably get a lot better food for a fraction of the price in any of the open air food halls the city is littered with. If you need a venue for a romantic or business dinner there are many other and more interresting places.
