Sushisai Wakichi The food was delicious, and now I decided to start judging sushi restaurants based on the deliciousness of my kohlung (sea urchin). It takes a while for the food to get to you, but that's just because of the chef's personal show. I would definitely recommend booking a seat in advance, probably from 20:00 ~ so you don’t feel the pressure to leave early (not from the chef, but from other customers). Despite the delicious food, I still don’t think the price of more than $200 per person is reasonable. We only took a fairly modest amount of food and there was no dessert.
