Shaolin Temple Talin, located at the foot of the mountain about 300 meters west of Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng City, Henan Province, is a cemetery of Shaolin Temple monks in the past generations. It has covered an area of about 20,000 square meters after different eras of Tang, Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing. Shaolin Temple Talin has preserved 241 masonry tomb towers of various generations from Tang Zhenyuan 7 years (791) to Qing Jiaqing 8 years (1803). The towers are different in grades, generally 1 to 7, heights are below 15 meters, most of them have tower Ming and tower forehead. There are many types of towers and various styles. The Tallinn of Shaolin Temple is the tomb with the largest number of ancient towers in China, and is a treasure trove of precious physical materials for comprehensive research on the history of Chinese architecture development, sculpture art development and religious development history, known as the "Chinese ancient tower art museum".
