Hong Kong Wanfo Temple is in Wanfo Mountain in Sha Tin. After entering the mountain, 800 Luohan statues welcome tourists on both sides of the 400-step climbing road. They will not be too tired to walk while watching. After passing the Wanfo Temple Mountain Gate, the two sides have been changed to golden bodhisattva statues and 60-year-old stone statues. The temple of the Buddha in the temple is dedicated to 12,000 Buddha statues, which is really a collection of Buddhas!

5/5Outstandingit’s definitely worth visiting whether your a Buddhist or not. to add to my experience there were hundreds of monkeys roaming around, ‼️but be extremely careful carrying things around and especially plastic bags, my sisters phone got stolen during the experience by these wild monkeys‼️

4/5ExcellentOriginal TextFrom Sha Tin Railway Station to Pai Tau Village, go straight up the path between the Government Offices and Baofu Mountain. There are five Luohan rows on both sides, along the road, you can enjoy the different Luohan statues in each posture.

4/5ExcellentOriginal TextLong history! The Buddha Temple is not big, about 20 minutes walk from Sha Tin Station, there is a slightly tilted uphill, about 400 steps of stone ladder, not difficult to walk, but the weather is not good, rainy slide uphill be careful.
