Tenaya Lake，如同镜子一般倒映着环抱的青山。湖水很浅，非常冰凉。湖面宽广，大概因为枯水期的原因，很多石头露出水面，却增添很多趣味，岸边可以漫步，非常舒适。虽然是冬天很冷，但加州的阳光非常明媚。扔块小石头，溅起的水花如同珍珠一般，却未惊起一只小鱼，不知道是因为寒冷，还是水至清则无鱼。在优胜美地必经之路上，值得停留。
