    德州国民牛排馆,上海这家是内地首店。刚开业时就有关注。提前一个月就订好了位置。世纪汇的5层,花园区域。现烤小面包、蒜香花生不限量。小面包一定要趁热吃,用餐刀涂抹上蜂蜜肉桂奶油,热量满满罪恶感十足,但是真的好吃。后面又追加了一份。临走也请服务员帮忙打包了一份。蒜香花生就没甚特别,感觉还是更爱我大中华的蒜香花生,不过每桌直接上一桶,还是蛮大方的。点主食送一份配菜。菲力牛排5分熟,码子和美国人饮食习惯不搭啊,有点点小,但肉汁锁在牛排里,鲜嫩十足,香喷喷哒。配的薯条是粗薯条,但不够香甜软糯,还没有前几天小店里吃的薯条美味。慢烤低温牛肋排3分熟,这个好感度不如菲力,嫩是嫩的,但好像仅此而已。外层腌制过有点咸,里面又有点淡而无味。配菜是棉花糖烤地瓜,地瓜甜丝丝软绵绵,最上层的棉花糖吃起来也不腻歪,配菜比主菜更吸引我哎。凯撒色拉、普普通通。甜辣烤鸡翅,关注公众号可以赠送一份前菜,选了烤鸡翅,分量十足,鸡翅肉质鲜嫩,还不错。

    这家德州牛排的确是美国的正宗口味,不单主菜牛排,连餐前吃的花生也同在美国吃的一样味道;:还有就是肉桂奶油配的面包,让人想起了在美国的日子。环境非常好,在世纪mall的顶层,外面是个大花园。
