Best cooking school ever! First of all, we learned how to cook 11 dishes (other schools just offer 6 dishes or less), so our bellies were more than full at the end of the day.After being picked up, we went to a local market to buy the ingredients that we used for cooking afterward. It was very interesting to learn the different names of each fruit, veg and spice. The lady from the school was very helpful and funny! In addition, we learned about the Akha culture, a hill tribe from the North of Thailand, so not just the food was amazing but the whole experience was unforgettable.If you're looking for a cooking school in Chiang Mai don't waste your time and choose this one.
