飲食北京｜私廚一家五星主廚的創意情懷——和木好開心，這是我吃到的第三家北京上榜的黑珍珠餐廳，這家評上的的是一鑽餐廳,首先我看到的是這裡的環境超美的，要是坐到院子里那是極好的。要提前打电话預約哦！他家會以很有心意的餐點招待大家。每個包間都有不同的人數上限，兩個人的包間也是有的。很多人會來這裡求婚！每一個不同的餐廳都承載著各種人們幸福的回憶。餐廳以套餐形式出餐。前菜四小菜以酸甜苦辣作為飲食開始，打開味蕾享受美味。蓝莓鹅肝冷头盘裡面有鵝肝、南瓜、蘑菇、小番茄、三文魚卷。內有乾坤的小番茄裡面夾著果仁、鵝肝外裹著果仁，三文魚吃之前擠一下上面的醬油，調節一下鹹淡。碧水山珍金莲花觀賞性極佳的一道湯，裡面有我最喜歡的竹蓀，裡面還有蘑菇，湯的味道比較清淡。文火小牛肉雪梨我喜歡這道菜的梨，好挖，牛肉的質地走向很明顯，和之前的牛排不同。纖維感很明顯。微甜，也不錯。双彩椒麻牡丹虾外形簡直太好看了，蝦肉還被做成了花的外形。秋韵布丁上有跳跳糖，有感覺像是新式的甜品。說是做成了楓葉的外形。可是我越看越像是小金魚的樣子，有沒有感覺到。中式環境的小庭院真的是特別大氣。菜品的創意情懷也被廚師做的淋漓盡致。想想晚上坐在院子里小風吹，超級舒適呀！
