The Old Pharmacy Cafe, Shop, Galerie Review

Stumbled across this craft shop and café which is almost next door to the Spanish Riding School stables opposite the Hofburg. Although a limited menu is offered the food is superb and very reasonably priced. Will most definitely be stopping off here again if we visit Vienna in the future.

Called in to here after seeing a 6 euro coffee and cake offer. Can safely say I'm glad we did. The coffee was excellent and the cake was absolutely delicious. The coffee shop is part of a small gift shop and has its own seating area. The service we received was excellent. Would definitely call here again.

Our guide failed to point us in the direction of a `real` coffee shop, but we found this one near the Lipanzer Stables. It`s small but comfortable with a welcoming host. The Café Melange was hot and delicious and the mandatory Sacher torte did not disappoint. AND we bought souvenirs at the same time

Nice and cosy place to have a cup of coffee after a long walk in the city center. Delicious cheesecake, one of the best I've tried! During the Christmas times they have less tables because of the shelves with present and souvenirs, but we didn't have any difficulty to find a place, even if it was a tiny one:) -1 point just because they don't have decaf:)

Tired of shopping, it was very comfortable to sit down and have a cup of coffee
